1. Subject matter and acceptance of terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website allinmediafactory.com and the services offered by ALL IN MEDIA FACTORY SRL ("Provider", "we").

By accessing and using the site, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Services offered

ALL IN MEDIA FACTORY SRL offers:

  • Web Design & Websites – website design and development
  • SEO & Visibility – search engine optimization
  • Performance Ads – Meta Ads and Google Ads advertising campaigns
  • Business Automation – process automation and AI agents

The specific terms of each service (pricing, timelines, deliverables) are set out in individual contracts signed with each client.

3. Use of the site

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. The following are prohibited:

  • Unauthorized access to computer systems
  • Transmitting illegal, defamatory, spam, or malicious content
  • Copying or redistributing content without the Provider's written consent
  • Using contact details for unsolicited commercial prospecting (spam)

4. Intellectual property

All elements of the site – text, design, logos, graphics, source code – are the property of ALL IN MEDIA FACTORY SRL or are used under license. Reproduction, distribution or modification of any elements without prior written consent is prohibited.

Work delivered to clients becomes the client's property under the individual contract terms, once the services have been paid for in full.

5. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site
  • The content of third-party sites accessed via links on our site
  • Interruptions caused by force majeure, cyberattacks, or infrastructure failures

The Provider's liability to a client cannot exceed the value of the contract for the service in question.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will primarily be resolved amicably. Failing that, jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the municipality of Pitești, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Consumers have the right to access the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

7. Protection of personal data

The processing of personal data collected through the contact form is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

8. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect on the date they are published on the site. Continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
